DMCA Copyright Policy
Enzonic LLC respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted in accordance with this policy.
Notice of alleged infringement
If you believe that material stored or shared through Enzonic Drive infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA notice to our designated agent at [email protected]. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (for example, a share link URL).
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-notice
If material you posted has been removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), including your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court located in the Western District of Kentucky.
Repeat infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
