Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules that apply to everyone who uses Enzonic Drive, operated by Enzonic LLC. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
Prohibited content and activity
You may not upload, store, share, or transmit content that:
- Is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or invasive of another's privacy.
- Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, publicity right, or other intellectual-property right.
- Contains malware, ransomware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code, or is used to host or distribute such content.
- Depicts or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM), human trafficking, or exploitation of minors. We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and cooperate with law enforcement.
- Incites or promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against a protected class.
- Is used to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or phishing.
Prohibited technical behavior
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written authorization.
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass any access or quota controls.
- Reselling the Service or using it as a public file host, CDN, or backup for another file-sharing product.
- Automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on the Service.

Enforcement
We may investigate violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, disabling share links, suspending accounts, or terminating accounts. We may do so without notice when we reasonably believe the violation is egregious or ongoing.
